Sebastian McBride has always been a creative little fellow. Starting his days telling stories through precariously made box forts, he has now progressed to story telling in film.

He has dreams of a creative leadership role, Directing or Writing are currently his goals however he is keen and excited for anything! His film making achievements have so far been that of small-scale competitions but with large scale ideas, from two teachers rap battling it out, to time travel planned over 5 years. He is never one with a lack of ideas, and he’ll be sure to let you know. So far his great achievement has been that of a first placing in 2019’s Tall Short Competition for 'Chimera', although he is equally proud of the Audience Favourite label on his 48-hour film ‘Subterfuge’.

While he builds his repertoire and skills in Massey University’s Creative Media Production course, he has big dreams for the future, with big ideas to coincide.
